We have, for some time been having difficulty with our phone system and locked in to a contract by a company that made no attempt to help get our phones working to a satisfactory level. As our internet was already with French Technologies, as soon as we could get out of our phone contract, we asked Damian if he could do a phone system too. His suggestion was perfect, does everything we asked for, including answering our office phones remotely on our mobiles. The bonus was, French technologies don’t lock you into a contract. I have no hesitation recommending them for phone and internet services. Communication is excellent, and their service is faultless.

Our office move from home business to our 1st office went so smoothly, thanks to Damian and Nikki. My husband I were so stressing about every scenario which could have happened, and being in the logistics industry we had to make sure our business kept functioning. When we first got French Technologies involved they said leave everything to us. They took any stress and concerns that we had off our hands. This was so reassuring that we were stressing for no reason. Even our external IT guys were impressed on how neat their work was. We were operating the same day of the move. Everything went to plan. Damian was amazing. We changed over from Telstra to Optus. we had fax, DSL lines, dedicated lines for gaming, fiber internet, SIP phones. the changeover was seamless thanks to Damian. Optus made errors which Damian was able to advise them how to do their job and fix it for them also. Damian also carried out repairs to our phone system at the same time and again was as smooth as ever. we have used French technologies in the past and will never use anyone else. We run a fast growing Real Estate business. Approximately 18 months ago our business dictated that we could no longer just use mobile phones. We started looking seriously at our options and we were keen on a VOIP system. We used Telstra for our mobiles so we gave them a call-suffice to say their prices were out of our budget so we started looking elsewhere. That’s when we came upon Damian at French Technologies. At our very first meeting I knew we would buy the system due to its cost savings and transportability features. With Damian there is absolutely no pressure and he explained the whole ‘VOIP’ technology in layman’s terms. We moved forward very quickly and bought a system that included 5 handsets. We did have one problem with a handset after about 6 months but this was replaced without any hassle. I was having problems with my phone line and as a result with my Optus internet connection. After going around in circles with the Optus tech and getting nowhere, I contacted Damian from French Technologies. He came out and checked the line and found it to be a line fault and I had Damian speak with the Optus tech and Damian finally got through to the tech that Optus had to get in touch with Telstra to repair the line. Damian’s knowledge saved my sanity and got Optus to have the line repaired. On another occasion I was having problems with my PC and I called Damian to check it out for me.He promptly diagnosed the fault was with the modem and replaced that for me and reset the computer. I have no hesitation in recommending French Technologies for all your needs.

Damian and Nicki were amazing. I run a small business and they were able to set up my phone system and programme it as well as broadband at my new premises in a few hours. I called on the Monday and they came first thing Wednesday morning. Damian also helped me out with some other IT problems that I couldn’t work out. Just wanted to say thank you again for your assistance with my question this week. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but today I successfully transferred a call from my mobile and patched them through to Dean who’s at the shed. Before you told me what to do, I was just writing down the client’s number, hanging up on them, calling Dean and giving him the client’s number, and then Dean would make a separate call to them. We want to give a shout out to French Technologies Pty Ltd for their support over the weekend, and very early this morning. In response to the recent snap Qld lock down, Damian was able to get our remote team members up and running in no time flat, allowing us to get on with what we do best.

Departure Point had a small data cabinet overloaded with hardware. A solution was required to upgrade and clean up the cabinet to allow future growth and be able to manage and fault-find within the cabinet. The cabinet has been strategically designed with the enclosed hardware to allow future growth in their data network and other network devices.

We were having Wi-Fi drop out issues at home. Damian diagnosed the issue and proposed a solution. No more drop outs, the new Wi-Fi equipment installed by French Technologies is working perfectly.
